We’re gathering around a campfire in Washington, DC, to celebrate a special Bat Mitzvah. Grab your hiking shoes and some s’mores sticks. We worked with event planners EVOKE on a custom-designed Bat Mitzvah Celebration Welcome Gift with a Campfire Theme to honor her special day. These custom event gift bags, which include a portable mini fire pit formed in the bag, not only helped connect their guests from out of town with the client’s Bat mitzvah celebrations but also gave them a sense of the fun to come throughout the weekend. We wanted to create an exciting and cohesive gift that would build excitement for the Bat Mitzvah of our client! We aimed to create a custom welcome gift bag that would fit her Bat Mitzvah theme, which included a mountain theme, royal blue, green, white, and burnt sienna.
We selected a reusable jute bag with leather straps and a navy satin ribbon. A custom-branded Bat Mitzvah gift tag was also attached to the exterior of the bags. This added a personal touch and helped set the mood for the celebration.
We selected outdoor and mountain-themed gifts to match the Bat Mitzvah theme. We included an artisanal trail mix, a must-have for any hike! As well as the ingredients for making your s’mores using a dark chocolate bar and gourmet vanilla bean marshmallows. This delicious treat was adorned with a customized event sticker, making it even more personal!
It would only be fair to give guests the ingredients for making s’mores if you also provide them with a means of enjoying this classic campfire treat! We included a portable mini-fire pit as a fun, memorable gift that everyone can enjoy. Guests could roast their S’mores using the gift items. Guests flying from out of town can also use the mini fire pit. We created a unique experience, a fun activity, and set the mood of a Bat Mitzvah that guests will enjoy again and again. The custom-curated gifts that had an outdoor theme with s’mores kits perfectly matched the Bat Mitzvah theme of mountains and made a lasting gift for guests to enjoy after the event.
